As working for escort agencies was the way i first started escorting, i thought it might be helpful to other women who are considering escorting.

Some tips as to what should and should not happen on the interview
- The agency should explain how they work, and what will be expected of you.
The first agency i worked for put it very clear for me of “are you happy to knock on a hotel door and have sex with the man that opens the door”. (i knew sex was involved in the job, so i of course was OK with this). - What days and times you to work should be discussed.
- What prices you are to charge should be discussed, and the agency will advise you on this.
- What fees/commission the agency takes in return for their services of getting you the work.
- What services you are comfortable offering. Many of these will be sexual services.
Sometimes women offer some base services, but will charge a little extra for other sexual services.
I have always worked in a way, that “all i offer is included”, as i do not offer anything i do not like doing, and i feel you should also carefully consider this!
What SHOULD NOT happen on the interview - You should NOT be asked to pay them! Most reputable agencies will set their fees as a commission of what you are paid by the client.
Some agencies also offer a discounted fee if the job is a longer duration. - You should NOT be asked to remove your clothing during the interview. They should already have a good idea of what you look like naked, there is no need for them to see this now!
Some agencies may offer you a photo shoot. During the photo shoot, you will be asked to dress sexy and legitimately, they may ask you to remove some or all of your clothing. If they offer the photo shoot during the interview, this may be OK - You should NEVER be asked to perform any sexual acts with the interviewer or anyone else (unless they are going to pay you going rate). DO NOT FALL FOR “I need to know how good you fuck”. NO THEY DO NOT!
Agency Fees
